By registering for, accessing or using TodayCase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Clicking “I Agree & Continue” during registration constitutes electronic acceptance of the applicable Terms, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and must be legally capable of entering into the applicable agreement. You must not register using another person’s identity or credentials without proper authority.

3. User Categories

TodayCase may provide Administrator, Advocate, Client/Applicant, Clerk/Data Entry and other authorised roles. Access is determined by role and permissions.

4. Accurate Information

You agree that information supplied by you will be accurate, complete to the extent required, current and not misleading. You are responsible for correcting information you know to be incorrect.

5. Case Information

TodayCase is a case-management and information platform. Information may be entered manually, imported, uploaded, amended, generated through automation or supplied by authorised users/sources.

6. Verification

Users are responsible for verifying important information against the applicable official record, particularly hearing dates, orders, case numbers, filings, pleadings and legal status.

7. No Legal Advice

TodayCase is not a substitute for professional legal advice, legal representation or legal strategy.

8. Advocate Responsibility

Advocates remain responsible for professional legal work, advice, pleadings, filings, legal strategy, professional communications and verification of case information.

9. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for accurate information, protection of credentials, review of information made available to them and reporting discrepancies through appropriate channels.

10. Confidentiality

Users must not disclose confidential information or documents without authority and must not access another person’s case without authorisation.

11. Account Security

Users must protect usernames, passwords, OTPs and other authentication information and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

12. Prohibited Activities

Impersonation, unauthorised access, malicious uploads, security bypasses, restricted-data scraping, unlawful use, fraud and interference with platform operation are prohibited.

13. Documents

Users must have the necessary authority to upload documents and must not upload material they are prohibited from possessing or sharing.

14. Intellectual Property

TodayCase software, branding, design, original content, database structure, system architecture and related intellectual property belong to the applicable owner/licensor unless otherwise stated.

15. User-Provided Content

You retain rights you lawfully hold in information or documents you submit. You authorise processing necessary to provide the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

16. Data Protection

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

17. System Availability

Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, upgrades, network/hosting failures, third-party services, security incidents or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

18. Automated Functions

Automated functions may sort, filter, populate, categorise, generate, display or format information. Automated output should be reviewed before important decisions or official submissions.

19. Third-Party Services

Hosting, payment, authentication, email, analytics or other third-party services may be used and may have separate terms.

20. Payments

Where paid services are offered, applicable fees, taxes, subscription periods and payment conditions will be displayed before payment.

21. Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary due to Terms violations, unauthorised access, fraud, unlawful use, security risks, misuse or applicable non-payment.

22. Platform Changes

Features may be modified, upgraded, removed or introduced from time to time.

23. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on the website and renewed acceptance may be requested where appropriate.

24. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, TodayCase is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of unverified case information entered or displayed through the platform. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

25. Official Records

The official record of a court, tribunal, government authority or other competent authority should be relied upon where applicable.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Jurisdiction should be finalised according to the operator’s legal requirements.
